This tutorial is for Jasc Paint Shop Pro.

Take whatever image you desire and place it in Paintshop Pro. The image I'm using is below.

Image > Decrease Colour Depth > 2 Colours (1 bit)

Select 'Grey Values' and 'Ordered Dither' in the appropriate sections. The Image should now look the same as below.

Get the 'Selection Tool' and highlight the entire image. Copy [CTRL+C] the selection.

Undo everything which has just been done [CTRL+Z] and paste as a new layer on the previous image [CTRL+L]

Go to Layers > Properties

Change the opacity to around 30 and click ok. Your image should now be complete and look like mine below ^_^
